1956 TWN Cornet, 200cc split single two stroke

Bought as part of a two bike job lot mostly for spares as there were only 300 ever imported to the UK there was not much chance of getting all the bits and pieces required to build this bike.

it took a couple of years but as you can see patience paid off and i managed to get all the parts including cylinder pistons con rods etc, i did have a major problem with the cylinder bore as it was a chromed bore, eventually found a company in Weston Super Mare that was able to do it (very reluctantly)

this bike does have a glass fibre chain guard and tool box covers patterns made from my previous TWN, this bike has a 12v electrical system and is electric start.

Both TWN's have been show winners at Bristol Classic Bike Show.
