A somewhat dirty engine with the heads removed. A long way to go here!
First half of the flywheel crank removed.
View straight down the crankcase with the barrels removed.
Looks a bit of a mess, 40 years of dirt.
Both flywheels removed, big ends look OK.
Gearbox outer cover removed, view of kickstart mechanism.
All gearbox and engine internals removed and ready for turning.
All parts cleaned and ready for assembly.
Fitting flywheel and clutch, engine assembly nearly complete.
Just the generator stator and the primary chain case to fit.
Engine fully rebuilt, attached to center stand and generator cables fitted.

Rebuilt engine on center stand with contact breaker cable connected.
